Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For damaged or incorrect orders, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Please include a photo of the damaged item when contacting us.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
