Ingredients

Every ingredient is carefully selected. Here is what science tecaches us about each one.

Whole and halved walnuts

Chia Seeds

Tiny but powerful seeds, exceptionally high in fiber and a source of ALA omega-3. Their soluble fiber absorbs several times its weight in liquid, forming the gel that acts as a prebiotic, feeding the good bacteria in your gut, while adding chia's signature texture and a lasting sense of fullness.

Ground Flax Seeds

Provides both soluble and insoluble fiber to support regularity and healthy digestion.  It is one of the richest dietary sources of lignans, a class of plant antioxidant compounds, and also a strong plant source of ALA omega-3.

Ground and whole flax seeds

Hemp Hearts

A complete plant protein with all nine essential amino acids. It also brings magnesium, iron, and a balanced mix of omega-3 and omega-6 fats. Including GLA, an uncommon fat that most seeds don't provide.

Sprouted pumpkin seeds

Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds

A source of magnesium, iron, zinc, and plant protein. Sprouting may help improve digestibility and nutrient absorption while enhancing their naturally delicious flavor and crunch.

Shelled hemp hearts

Walnuts

Healthy fats, plant protein, and polyphenols. The only tree nut with a meaningful amount of ALA omega-3. Their rich flavor makes them a satisfying addition.

Better Together

Each of these ingredients is good on its own. Together, in the right proportions, they complement each other, filling in the nutrients that no single seed or nut covers alone.

Add It to Anything

It works because it fits into what you already eat. No new routine required.

The Person Behind the Product

Meet Laura

I'm a Registered Dietitian, IBCLC, and mom. Everything I've learned, in practice and at home, points to the same thing: people stick with nutrition changes that add to their lives, not ones that take away. Add Good Foods is built around that idea.

Seeds of Greatness was the first thing I formulated, and the first I shared with friends. Two years later, many people who tried it are still eating it. Add Good Foods is how I'm making it available to everyone else.
